| In the interest of providing you, our customers, with the best possible support, we have implemented a new support desk system. A permanent link has been added to the left navigation bar. If you have not already, please register with us by clicking here. While registration is not required to create a support ticket, it is strongly recommended.
Note: Please allow up to 24 hours for access to viewing submitted problems and editing contact information. You will, however, be able to create a new problem ticket immediately. Click on "Submit new problem" to start the process.
Once you are satisfied with your problem report, click "Save" to send the report to our support staff. After saving you should receive a message on the screen and the problem reporting form will be returned to blank / default mode. You will also receive a confirmation email that your problem report has been received. To return to the previous screen either click "Home" above the form, or click on "Support Desk" on the left navigation section. Once a technician updates or closes your problem report, you will receive additional email notifications to indicate as such. Please watch for these messages as they may include a request to you, for more information for example, and the ticket may be waiting on you before any further work will be performed. If you have any questions about this process, please feel free to contact us.
